In the years following a personal tragedy that changed his life, Jesper discovered the expression of ones inner landscape through abstract painting. Feelings and state of minds beyond words. Inspired by Lars Ahlstrand whom he shared workspace with in the late ’90s.

The canvas size being mostly around 3×4 feet (90x120cm) – allowing the inner landscape to project directly from the body. Following the canvas’ craving for paint. Demands. Of colors. Placing of next stroke. Shapes. Movements. Trusting  the proces to finish the build. Elegance and fine balance for the house of cards to stay upright.
